"A Sunlit Corner" is an expression of joy stemming from a few of the artist's favourite things. Paint brushes, coffee, plants and books shrouded in the glow of the morning light. 

About the artist - Jess Suljendic is based in Geelong and the surf coast. She says "when applying paint to canvas, it becomes an extension of my vivid and light-hearted imagination. Although most works begin with a plan, they will often find their own way as they take shape; guided by my pure joy in practice. My acrylic paintings are designed to quietly brighten a space by employing colours and subtle textures that aim to bring warmth to the viewer, igniting their imagination."
